The problem is the disk is encrypted with Bitlocker and I cannot enter safe mode to uninstall the update, it requires me to enter the recovery key. About 10% of the company laptops are concerned but all it takes to repair the OS is to enter in safe mode, which automatically uninstall the faulty update.
